Because of God, we can walk victoriously despite our circumstances.

An account of the modern-day workings of the Holy Spirit
I wrote this book with hopes that it may help others turn to the Lord in their time of need and seek him with their whole heart.

About The Author
Cheryl Lynn is a survivor, a devoted Christian, a mother, grandmother, retired nurse, and the author of Washing The Inside of the Cup: My Journey of Walking in the Spirit (Christian Faith Publishing). Raised in a Christian home and attending the Salvation Army Church, she was born again at 15. At 23, she entered an abusive marriage but turned to God wholeheartedly, finding strength and an intimate relationship with Jesus. She homeschooled her seven children for a decade and, after 20 years of abuse, courageously left to build a new life for herself and her children.

Determined to secure a better future, Cheryl pursued higher education, earning multiple degrees in nursing and business while balancing family life. She spent over 20 years as a Registered Nurse, serving as the director of an Alzheimer’s Unit and a Cardiac Rehab Unit. She also worked for the Oklahoma State Department of Health, Goodyear Tire and Rubber Plant, and even ran her own health food business. Her story is a testament to God’s grace and the resilience of faith.

Now residing in Texas with her second husband, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her children and 11 grandchildren, with three more on the way. She finds joy in reading the Bible, listening to sermons, gardening, and relaxing in her swim spa. She remains a living example of God’s unending mercy and favor, believing wholeheartedly that His grace is renewed every morning.
